All vinegars in the Artisan Vinegar stable of products are handcrafted using traditional methods. The vinegars undergo two fermentation processes; the second of which creates the gorgeous end product. Before bottling, all vinegars are aged for 12-months which ensures a smooth, rich tasting vinegar.
